The newest cache along the Long Path is from 2008. I think it's time to bring some people back! One can park by Nyack High School and take the Long Path up or park on Sugarhill Road and go in on the Orange Path or Long Path. There are other closer places to park and sneak in, but I'll let you figure out where they are. Having a copy of the NYNJTC trail map 110 may help. Since I'm a nice guy, there's a sample of that map included in the images. This spot in particular isn't all that interesting, it's just to get you out for a hike. But first you may ask yourself, "There's an Orange Path?" I hadn't realized there was one, and you may not either even when you're on it. I don't think anyone uses it as it is very overgrown, in places almost waist high! Now go out and show this trail some love!
