Haga norra grindar
Hagaparken hade två huvudentréer, Haga södra grindar och Haga norra grindar här vid norra infarten. Det fanns även en mindre väg från gamla Uppsalavägen till Finnstugorna. Parken var bitvis omgärdad av en jordvall, i den engelska parkens anda. På gamla ritningar kan man se att grindarna hade ett vändkors för gående, mellan vallen och grindstugorna. På Gustav III:s tid förekom entrépolletter som delades ut till behöriga och betrodda. Från 1800-talet har Stockholms stad bidragit till underhållet av parken så att den kan hållas öppen som promenadpark.
År 1819 ersattes den gamla grinden vid Hagaparkens norra entré med nya grindstugor och ett nytt grindparti. Det var Karl XIV Johans första år som regent av Sverige och det är kungens namnchiffer som finns på grindarna. Haga norra grindar stod då vid den gamla landsvägen till Uppsala. I början av 1900-talet fanns det en spårvagnshållplats här. När Uppsalavägen breddades flyttades grindarna och grindstugorna hit 1977-1979. Grindstugorna med grindpartiet demonterades och återbyggdes här på den nya platsen. Flytten var också en förberedelse inför den stora trafikplatsutbyggnad, Haga norra trafikplats, som genomfördes i början av 1990-talet.

Haga North Gates
Haga Park had two main entrances, Haga South Gates and Haga North Gates here at the northern approach. There was also a small road from the old Uppsala Road to Stora and Lilla Finnstugan. The park was partially encircled by an embankment in the style of old an English landscape garden. The old drawings shows that the gates had a turnstile for pedestrians between the bank and the gatehouses. In the time of King Gustav III, admission tokens were given out to those required or trusted to be admitted. Since the 19th century, the city of Stockholm has contributed to the maintenance of the park, so that it can be kept open for public recreation.
In 1819, the old gates at the northern entrance to Haga Park were replaced with new gatehouses and a new gateway. It was the first year of King Karl XIV Johan's reign, so the gates monogram. At that time, Haga North Gates stood on the old road to Uppsala. In the early 20th century, there was a tram stop here. The gates and gatehouses were dissasembled and then reassembled in there new location here in 1977-1979, when the Uppsala road was widened. The move was also in preparation for the major new Haga North road junction, which was completed in the early 1990s.
