Muskelotit (Wauwatius Hapiliarus) ovat niin erikoisia eläimiä, että niitä ei ole kyetty luokittelemaan mihinkään eläinluokkaan. Ne nimittäin imettävät poikasiaan, munivat munia ja niillä on täydellinen muodonvaihdos. Muskelotit ovat myös maailman älykkäimpiä eläimiä… Tietysti ihmisten jälkeen. Muskelotit ovat myös luultavasti maailman iloisimpia eläimiä.
Kun muskelotit kuoriutuvat, ne ovat noin 20 cm korkeita, vähän preeriankoiran näköisiä, paitsi että ne ovat pulleampia ja niillä on isot, pulleat posket. Pulleat posket kuuluvat muskelottien perustuntomerkkeihin. Noin kymmenen vuoden iässä muskeloteille alkaa kasvaa pienet sarvet, jotka kasvavat täyteen mittaansa noin kymmenen vuoden päästä kasvun alkamisesta. Silloin muskelotit ovat 120-170cm pitkiä.
Kun sarvet ovat täydessä mitassaan, muskelotit kokevat eräänlaisen koteloitumisen. Niille kasvaa hyvin pitkä, tuuhea ja pehmeä karva, joka on niin paksu, että muskelottia ei näy ollenkaan sen alla. Noin kahden viikon päästä karvakasa alta paljastuu täysi-ikäinen muskelotti. Tämäntapaista koteloitumista kutsutaan ”palleroitumiseksi”.
Täysi-ikäinen muskelotti on nelijalkainen, etäisesti antilooppia muistuttava, silti palleroinen ja pehmoisen pyörelöisä.
Noin 80 vuoden iässä muskelotti kokee ”palleroitumisen” uudestaan ja sen jälkeen on samannäköinen kuin pienenä, mutta paljon suurempi. Se kasvaa suuremmaksi elämänsä loppuun saakka (muskelotit voivat elää TODELLA vanhoiksi). Suurimmat tunnetut muskelotit ovat kasvaneet 10 metrin korkuiseksi.

Muskelots (Wauwatius Hapiliarus) are so special that there is no taxonomical position/ classification in the animal kingdom. They lay eggs, breast feed their pups, and undergo complete metamorphosis. Muscelots are incredibly intelligent creatures, and presumably the jolliest animals that have ever existed.
When muscelots hatch, they are approximately 20 cm tall, and resemble a bit a marmot (prairie dog), except that they are more plump and chubby. The chubby cheeks are the most characteristic feature of a muscelot. Around the age of ten, the horns begin to grow to their forehead, and grow during the next ten years time. At that time, around the age of twenty, muscelots are 120-170cm tall. When the horns have reached their full length the muscelots pupate/ encapsulate underneath a long, thick and fluffy fur. For two weeks the muscelot is hidden underneath the thick fur. This is period is called ”rounding”. After that time the muscelot is grown up a fluffy and roundish animal which stands on four legs .
When muscelots have reached the age of 80 years, they go through the second stage of ”rounding”. Thereafter a muscelot looks similar than what it has been before the first ”rounding”, but way bigger. The muscelots grow as long as they live. The tallest known muscelots have reached the height of 10 meters.
