Sails, Rails and Tails is your summer destination for history, culture and geocaching adventures! Come out and join us on July 9, 2016 in Cold Lake, AB. for an adventure beyond your wildest dreams. The WestCan tradition continues in Cold Lake with WestCan6. WestCan is a Canadian legacy series of Mega Events that support rural economic development in Western Canada.

Mega Day Event Schedule

Saturday - July 9, 2016

10:00 am - Sails, Rails & Tails Mega Event (GC5ZFA4) Opening Ceremony, Registration, Mega Mall & Displays open, Official Logbook signing and event day activities commence.
- Get your name tags, lanyards, swag bags, and other prepaid merchandise such as event coins, t-shirts and supper tickets.
- If you have not already registered, we will be taking registrations from 10-2:00pm. T-shirts, Dinner Tickets and Coins will be available for sale until supplies last.
- Trackable exchange table
- Free WiFi
- Geo bingo (completed Geo bingo prize draw at 4:15pm for adults and kids).
- 2:00-3:00pm- GPS Art contest. Lets see who can make the best Sail, Rail or Tail? Show RJDJ the picture and enter your name for a draw. Will be held at Skate Park which is just south of the Energy Centre and Field House. Look for people with volunteer T-Shirts.
10:00 - 2:00 - Kids GeoZone Open
- 10:00-4:00 - Bouncy Castle
- 11:00-3:00 - Face Painting open for all ages
- 1-3:30 - Kids T-shirt designing Workshop
11:00 - Seminars begin
- 11:00am - 12:00am - Geocaching 101 with GeoGuider
- 12:00am-1:00pm - Unique Caches with SigShark
- 1:00pm - 2:00pm - Wherigo's with gillie434 and Stonagal
- 2:00pm - 3:30pm - Ask the Reviewer with Cache Effect and onecrazycanadian
2:00-3:00 GPS track log art contest (outside by skate park)
3:30-4:00 Cloggers
4:00-5:00pm Closing Ceremonies
5:00pm Group Picture (After Closing Ceremonies)
