In order to find this novel cache, which is not at the published coordinates, you will need to peruse this library of works by some favourite authors.
Cache is on private property, but you do NOT need to step onto the property to claim the cache. Owners have granted permission, but please be respectful of the property and the neighbourhood.
VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE: The cache has moved from the solved coordinates. Once you have them, and have the geochecker confirmation, you MUST ADD .014 to the north coordinate and .014 to the west coordinate. Then you'll find the cache.
The cache containing the logbook is meant to hang high in the left side of its hiding place. If you find it not hanging, and can't figure out how to get it back up there, please message me and I will fix. The cache has a loop on it, and there's a hook up there that you can feel if you reach up far enough.
