Down town on the dock, right in the middle of tourist land. We know this is a wet place, but to put up a monument to it seems rather negative.
No longer on the liquid sunshine gauge, but within 10 feet. Hopefully the muggles don't find the new location, as it was disappearing faster than I could replace it.
