[LV] [LV] Alus ir viena no tām lietām, ar ko latvieši tiešām lepojas, tāpēc ir doma gan vietējos, gan ārzemju slēpņotājus iepazīstināt ar kādu vietējo mazo darītavu :) "Baudalus" ražotāji (vienas ģimenes trīs vīrieši) alus biznesā nav pirmo dienu. Kādreiz brūvēts "Madonas alus", bet tas dažādu apstākļu dēļ bija jāpārtrauc. "Baudalus" ir tas pats "Madonas alus", tikai minimāli uzlabots, un ražošana ir pārcelta uz citu vietu. Ražo tikai vienu alu, kam ir pietiekami liels cienītāju loks (saldenuma dēļ arī starp sievietēm). Darītavā (dzeltenā ēka) alu var iegādāties no krāna, kā arī tas ir pieejams dažos Madonas veikalos, kā arī citur Latvijā (tostarp veikalos "Miestiņš").
[EN] Beer is one of the things Latvians are really proud of, so I'd like to introduce local and foreign cachers to some local small brewery :) Makers of "Baudalus" beer (three men of same family) are not new to this business. Previously they were making "Madonas alus" (Madona beer), but due to certain circumstances it didn't go well. "Baudalus" is basically the same "Madonas alus", with few minor improvements, also brewery is located elsewhere. They are brewing only one beer, but it has quite a few fans (due to sweetness also among ladies). In the brewery (the yellow building) you can buy beer directly from tap, but it's also available bottled in some Madona stores, and elsewhere in Latvia from tap (including specialized beer stores "Miestiņš").
