Rendezvous Creek is right through the middle of Namadgi National Park but not many people get to see much of it.
The creek follows a hidden valley that is adjacent to Oororal valley.
The walk to the cache is long, but there is only a small amount of bush bashing. The track to Rendezvous Creek was a nice hike.
To get to Rendezvous Cascades park at the Nursary Creek carpark (see waypoint). Follow the marked track to the Trailhead waypoint and then cross country to the start of the trail. The trail is visibly marked with blue paint and pink ribbons so was easy to follow. I did overshoot a couple of times but was quickly back on the path.
Once at the grassy valley you should cross the creek and then go to the road waypoint. Follow the road along until you are at the cache. Only a short amount of bush-bashing.
I have given this a terrain rating of 4, but if you follow the instructions it should be less than that. There are no large mountains to climb.
WARNING: Watch out for the creeks (there are 2 crossings along the way). They are generally only around a metre wide but sit around a metre down within the long grass. You can usually hear them but often can't see them until you are on top of them.
