NOTE à propos de la série - NOTE about the série : FR : quelques conseils : Cette série va vous faire découvrir les différents villages autour de la Ville de REIMS et permet, si on en prend le temps, la découverte d'autres caches sur le parcours.... c'est pourquoi tenter de la faire en une journée semble relever du marathon. Mais chacun ses challenges ! Bon géocaching à tous ! N 49° 14.ABC E 4°01.DEF . FR : (english below) Église Saint-Louis . A l'intérieur de l'église, une chapelle souvenir est consacrée à la mémoire du Cardinal Luçon. Afin d’élever un monument à la mémoire du Cardinal Luçon, très aimé de la population parce qu'il a accompagné les Rémois pendant le martyre de leur ville durant la (B = Première : B=2 ou Deuxième : B=7) Guerre mondiale, le comité, formé par le comte Bertrand de (D = nombre de lettre du nom), fit ériger, avec les fonds recueillis, en 19(EF) cette église pour réaliser l’un des derniers vœux du cardinal qui souhaitait faire édifier une chapelle dans le nouveau quartier de la Maison-Blanche et aussi pour pallier l’absence de chapelle dans l’immense hôpital Maison-Blanche. Le clocher ne fut jamais réalisé car les fonds ont servi à la construction du dispensaire qui fut construit en face de l’église. Le Chanoine Camus (1893-194(A)) fut le premier curé de la paroisse Saint-Louis pendant (C) ans. La rue, en face de l'église, porte son nom. EN : St. Louis Church . Inside the church, a commemorative chapel is dedicated to the memory of Cardinal Luzon. In order to erect a monument in memory of Cardinal Luzon, much loved by the people because he accompanied the Reims during the martyrdom of their city during the (First B = B = 2 or Second: B = 7) Wolrd War , the committee formed by Count Bertrand (D = number of letter of the name), erected with funds collected in 19 (EF) to make the church one of the last wishes of the cardinal who wanted to build a chapel in the new district of the White House and also to overcome the lack of chapel in the huge White House hospital. The bell tower was never realized because the funds were used for the construction of the clinic which was built in front of the church. Canon Camus (1893-194 (A)) was the first pastor of the parish for St. Louis (C) years. The street in front of the church, bears his name. .
