St Andrew's Mission Church, Wern
Once the invention of galvanising happened in 1828 and corrugated sheets were rapidly becoming available and adopted as building materials. Many corrugated iron buildings were erected in the second half of the 19th century, mostly as temporary buildings. Few now remain and most of those that do are the "tin tabernacles" such as this one near Minera.
