Whilst out hiking to 'SPC' from 'Nabrupt', I made my way to this peak and was amazed at the views, and not only that, the unique picture framing of Signal Point to the left and Abrupt to the right.
This cache aims to do the following:
-Takes you to an amazing 360 peak view of the Southern Grampians.
-Brings you on a challenging hike in the Australian bush.
- Show you the pink ribbon trail should you wish to push on to Signal Point.
How to access this cache:
I recommend parking at mount Abrubpt and taking the trail. You will see a track leading off to the right. You will need to take this, and at somepoint bush bash your way to Nabrupt. From there, follow the pink ribbon trail to this cache. You will need good footwear, pants and plenty of water.
The cache
The cache is located under a pile of rocks at 691 elevation. Do not go too close to the edge. You do not need to climb or scramble to access this cache - it is in a safe spot.
