Geocache Description:

A Letterbox Hybrid on the grounds of Mint Hill Historical Society - Placed with permission.  Please respect grounds.  No need for agressive searching.  Follow the instructions at the posted coordinates in the, well, letterbox.  It is a Letterbox Hybrid cache, afterall!



Greater Charlotte Geocaching Club


You will have to take a short walk around the Historical Society Grounds in order to locate the cache.  You will see lots of cool stuff if you take a moment to look around!



On the instructions in the letterbox at the posted coordinates, I added distances from point of interest to point of interest on your way from the letterbox to the ... uh ... letterbox should you want to use your GPS as a component in your exploration.

Note that this is a Letterbox cache. There is a stamp in the container for anyone that does traditional letterboxing. THIS IS NOT SWAG. Please leave the stamp in the cache.


The container is small. SERIOUS cachers bring their own pen. SERIOUS letterboxers bring their own stamp pad. There may be a small golf pencil in the final container if you are lucky! There is no stamp pad.
