Lai slēpni atrastu, jāatrisina vienkārša mīkla – burtu režģī jāsameklē norādīto Skrundas novada māju nosaukumi. Kad tas izdarīts, atklāsies 14 neizmantoti burti – tie veido slēpņa koordinātas. Katram burtam atbilst kārtas skaitlis latviešu alfabētā (burts «O» apzīmē skaitli «nulle»). Lasot šos burtus secīgi no augšas uz leju un piešķirot tiem attiecīgo vērtību, tiks iegūtas gala koordinātas.
ENG: This geocache is dedicated to the oldest house in Skrunda that was built in 1921. The house is located at the crossroad of Saldus and Parka streets. However, as the house has no cultural history or museum status and it is still inhabited, it is not advisable to show great interest about the place or its inhabitants. For this reason also the geocache is placed in calm spot away from unwanted attention.
To locate the geocache, you must solve an easy letter grid puzzle – you must find all given names of houses of Skrunda district. After finishing the task only 14 letters will be left unused that show coordinates to the container. You will find coordinates when reading the letters consecutively from top to bottom of the letter grid. Each letter correspond to the number in Latvian alphabet (except the letter «O» corresponds the number «zero»).
