A Cache In Trash Out event is designed to help give back to our community that graciously (and most of the time unknowingly) allows us to play a worldwide game of hide and seek. We clean up areas that are in desperate need and have fun while we're at it.
I would like to set up the opportunity for us to meet at the Jackson County Expo Ponds and walk around cleaning up the area.
The plan is to meet at the posted location Saturday, April 25th, at 10am and spend roughly two hours cleaning up the area and making a difference in our community. We will provide garbage bags and latex gloves, as well as bottles of water. Feel free to bring your own litter grabbers or other means of cleanup as you deem necessary. At around Noon, we will meet back where we started for a few pictures and stories, as well as some yummy fruits and snacks. Feel free to bring your whole family and spend some time mingling with local area cachers. Every little bit helps!
