Misa ir diezgan līkumaina, vietām tā plūst cauri apdzīvotām vietām, tomēr pārsvarā krastos ir meži un pļavas.

Misa is a river in Semigallia, mostly known for a boating route, which is suitable even for unexperienced boaters. Early spring and autumn are the best seasons for going on a boating trip, when the water is deep enough and flows easily through fallen trees. The scenic route takes one through not only small villages and communities, but woodlands, meadows and wetlands as well.
Misa flows almost along the border of both municipalities - Iecava and Baldone. On the left shore there's a small village called Dzelzāmurs.
