Detta är en serie på 25 cacher om Ölands orkidéer. De är utspridda på hela ön och är i samma storlek.
Det finns en bonuscache, och den kan man hitta genom att samla ledtrådarna A-J, som finns i vissa av orkidé cacherna...... Ledtrådarna ska sedan sättas in i nedanstående formel.
För att göra det svårare, så finns det även ledtrådar utspridda för att kunna öppna loggboken…

Johannesnycklar (Orchis militaris L.)
Johannesnycklar är en kraftigt byggd och ganska storväxt orkidé. Stjälken är grov och har två till fyra, breda och ljusgröna blad. Johannesnycklar blommar i juni med rosa blommor som sitter i ett stort, allsidigt, tätt och rikblommigt ax. Kalkbladen är gråaktigt rosa och hjälmlikt hopstående. Läppen är karminröd med ljus mitt och mörka prickar, den är lång och flikig med två smala sidoflikar och en brett tvådelad mittflik. Sporren är ganska kort och har samma ljusa färg som kalkbladen.
Johannesnycklar är den största och kraftigaste av arterna i släktet nycklar (Orchis) och känns igen på blommornas hjälmlika form och den långa flikiga läppen.
Military Orchid (Orchis militaris L.)
Military Orchid is a strongly built and quite tall orchid. The stem is rough and has two to four, wide and light green leaves. Military Orchid blooms in June with pink flowers sitting in a large, balanced, tight and rikblommigt ears. Lime leaves are greyish pink and helmet like hopstående. The lip is carmine red light in the middle and dark spots, it is long and indented with two narrow side flaps and a wide two-piece center tab. The spur is quite short and has the same bright color like lime leaves. Military Orchid is the largest and strongest of the species in the genus orchid (Orchis) and can be recognized by the flowers helmet like form and the long lobed lip.
