This is a nice area to hike/walk that is not as popular as many of the other places around the Tri-Cities which is unfortunate because it is a beautiful wetland area right outside the backdoor of many Richland and Kennewick residents. You can stay pretty well oriented in this area and there are plenty of wildlife here including rabbits, otters, ducks, great blue heron and lots of deer. A great hike that is less publicized but still enjoyable with plenty of sights to see.
