E2B - Kangaroos Cross Here Traditional Geocache

Cache # 243.

This series of caches fills in the short part of the trail between the Quarry and Everton Station, thus linking all sections of the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail and are essentially placed for cyclists. The trail is suitable for road bikes.  Car drivers will need to "walk the walk".

On the way to the quarry and again on our return we saw quite a few kangaroos making their way from the mountains side of the track to the grassy hillsides on the other side.  I think they were rather bemused at seeing cyclists on their trail.  They didn't know whether to cross or go back.

You are now at about the half way mark between Everton Station and the Quarry.

The cache is micro-sized so you will need to bring your own PEN.  No signature and the online log will be deleted.
