High Water Hideout Traditional Geocache

This geocache showcases the John Wesley Powell River History Museum. Be sure to come inside and take a look at the historic river boats, take note of the River Runner's Hall of Fame, and watch the 20 minute film depicting Major Powell's famous expedition down the Green and Colorado rivers. The JWP Museum was built in 1991, and is the premier site for interpreting the history of rivers on the Colorado Plateau. They also have a wonderful Dinosaur Exhibit downstairs.
