Although my first attempt at placing a cache (Is This Normal?) was not without difficulty, it still looks like a success among those who like to solve this kind of issues. Being in the public service, i know like no other that the voter decides, so when the people shouted for more, i could only oblige, and try again to place a simple box.
This time i did not want to run into the same problems i had before, and started off with some research.
I started using Power GPS, which supports the Universal Triangulation Method.
According to my research, this should provide the highest precision to record a coordinate.
But look what all my efforts got me, this does not look normal at all:
