Geocache Description:

Since I use Pi as part of my username, I am holding an event in London to celebrate Pi Day.
One of many Pi Day events that will be happening around the world!

In the poem, Little Jack Horner sat in the corner eating his pie. So what better place to celeberate Pi Day than at a Pie House pub named after him!

In the year 2015, Pi Day has special significance because on 3/14/15 at 9:26:53 the date and time represent the first 10 digits of Pi: 3.141592653...

So, starting at 5:30pm I will be at the Jack Horner pub.
The event will officially end at "Pi Time" 3/14/15 at 9:26:53pm (although if things are going well we could stay later - I believe the pub closes late).

This pub is listed as being Wheelchair Accessible, and also "Families Welcome", and "Pets Welcome".

Pi Day, March 14th, is also Albert Enstein's birthday (this would have been his 136th), so join me and we'll have a drink for Albert too!

BREAKING NEWS: Pi and Souvenirs?
It has been announced that there will be not one, but TWO Pi Day official Groundspeak profile souvenirs available on the day of the event! :)
You can get one for just logging "attended" on this Pi Day Event, and a second one if you log a Mystery Cache on the same day.

Side Note, for any geocoin collectors out there:
I will be bringing along my geocoins for people to look at and log discovery.
I am also trying to get hold of some of the 2015 Pi Day Geocoins (if I can get some). Watch this space for more info!
Update: It looks like I will be able to get some of the Pi Day geocoins! They will be realeased on the day, but I've arranged to be sent some early so that I can have them at the event. Fingers crossed for luck, that they arrive in time. :)
NEW UPDATE:
The coins have arrived! It looks like I will definitely have 3 versions of the coin there. I'm still trying to get a couple more versions too, but we'll see if that's possible before the event.
