Southborough Methodist Church
There have been three Methodist chapels on this corner site facing London Road.
One was built in 1845 and was subsequently replaced in 1871 by Cattermole and Eade's polychromatic brick church. This, in turn, was demolished to make way for the present building in 1936 on the same corner site.
As of 2010, Vale Royal Methodist Church in Royal Tunbridge Wells, St John's Methodist Church in Southborough and Horsmonden Methodist Church were part of the Tunbridge Wells Methodist Circuit within that denomination's South East District. The churches at Hawkhurst and Sandhurst, both now closed, were also part of this group.

If anybody would like to expand this series please do, I would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first at churchmicro@gmail.com so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication.
There is also a Church Micro Stats & Information page found via the Bookmark list”
