Between a Rock and a Hard Place Traditional Geocache

This cache was placed on the top of a stack of boulders, where, if you climb to the top, you can get a 360º view of the surrounding area. From here you can see the Vaalkop and Roodekopjes Dams.

The Vaalkop Dam is situated 54km North of Brits, near Beestekraal and north-east of Rustenburg, in typical broken bushveld country. It is renowned as both an anglers and birdwatching destination.

The Roodekopjes Dam is located 30km Northwest of Brits, near Beestekraal, roughly 70 km from Pretoria. The dam is situated a few km downstream from Hartebeespoort Dam on the Crocodile River.
