Ampthill Methodist is built in a deep red brick, with an impressive frontage and a stately, worshipful feel. On entry to the church from the front, the church is dominated by a large rostrum dwarfing the communion table below and an organ behind that covers the whole width of the chancel arch. Looking up there is a gallery that extends round the whole church.
You are looking for a nano cache and do not need to enter Church grounds to find. Bring your own pen/pencil! This cache was placed to mark the 7th anniversary of the first Church Micro Cache - Happy Church Microing!
This Church Micro can be easily combined with my Ampthill Circular trail and several other Caches and Church Micros in the area.
