Close to Monastir harbor area, which is a guarded and secure area. This area is rather easy to access for a tourist. This cache provides some nice views over the harbor towards the local Ribat (monastery fortress).
The domestic and foreign boats in the harbor are quite interesting to see. The pirate ship locates also here, we took a memorable trip with it, which included fish farm, dolphins, swimming and dinner. We saw some six other a bit similar pirate boats anchored in the Sousse harbor.
This cache will certainly need some maintenance in the future. I live in Finland, it's a bit far away from here. So I'd appreciate a lot if you could provide some help with the maintenance from time to time.

VERSION 1 --- 13.10.2014 by Turmson (fin) The original plastic cache container was rather small, could hold 1 or 2 tb's. Did not last very long.
VERSION 2 --- 26.5.2015 by Lone Rambler (eng) 'The cache container is now a slim tube, about as thick as a pencil, that is wedged into the breaker wall with a protective stone over it. It is about 2-3 feet up from the ground level. Once back in the UK I'll upload a spoiler photo to show what the cache looks like and its location according to the hint...Fantastic views and really enjoyed my time again in Monastir. Tftc'
