Welcome to the Little River Reservoir. This park is a great spot for a family walk or a short run along the trail that circles the Lake, but this cache invites you to take a walk off the trail into the woods on some brand new meandering paths.
These trails are mainly the creation of a friend who lives near the park. He has been very active on the committee that helped to develop the Rez, and since he retired, he has been spending time creating some new paths. As you walk the trails to find this cache, you will see sections lined with granite boulders and very visible trail markings. He created the trail map included in this geocache description, too. He has done a lot of work. Thank you, T!
