This cache is situated in an area of the Mountains that not too many people frequent, but those that do are rewarded with copious spottings of wildlife and spectacular views. Its also an area where one of the ‘Rats’ spent most of his childhood.
The cache is only half an hours walk from the car, but if you’re keen take a pack lunch with you and continue on past the cache for some spectacular views.
Just park your car where the tar ends and take the well defined track into the bush. At the track junction, think about the name of this cache and where you’re most likely to see a Grotto. Then take the track that best suits this name. When you get close, follow the yellow, or is that white brick road to this cache….. Happy hunting.
