Loveland Park Hiking Trail in Newport. This is not a paved trail.
Parts of trail are of steep grade with some ruts.
NOTE: Start in the park, otherwise you will have to trespass on
private property. You do not need to go on private property to find
this cache.
- The Entry to the park is off Glen road, just West of Century.
Park by the warming house near the water towers and hockey rink and
start on the trail by the wooden hiking trail sign. The trails
interwind so more than one route is possible, but the route we took
is approx .4MI from the starting point. The cache is in a small
metal ammo box.
