UPDATE 31st July 2017: Sadly it would appear this cache has been removed but not by us. We registered it as out for maintenance on the day we went over to pick it up, but despite an exhaustive search we just could not locate it. If anyone wants to try to find it please do and notify us. This has been a long term project for our Scout Group and we're really disappointed it seems to have been removed. Many thanks.
UPDATE 1st September 2014: Great to see so many people discovering our cache. Please try to ensure if you take something from the cache this is logged either in the book or online, and that something of equal value replaces it. Many thanks.
This is the first cache created and hidden by 1st Johnston Scout Group in Pembrokeshire. It is a medium sized cache set in the beautiful area of St Brides. Lots of goodies for swapping, many with a Scouting theme. We hope you enjoy hunting for the cache and the surrounding area.
This medium sized cache is located in the beautiful area of St Brides, Pembrokeshire. There is car parking and toilet facilities available and the sandy & rocky beach is a popular place for divers, and anyone wanting to explore the waters, as well as rockpoolers. The parish church of St Brides close by is named after Saint Brigid, and dates from 1291.
The cache itself is a short walk from the car park, and is an ex-ammo tin full of goodies put together by the Scout group, including woggles, fabric badges, a whistle, and a World Scouts trackable coin. There is also a FTF reward
The Beavers, Cubs, and Scouts, look forward to hearing your comments!
