In order to log it, you must fulfill the following special requirement:
You must found at least 1 cache, that located higher than 500m
The highest hill in Hong Kong is Tai Mo Shan, 957m, this challenge require you to reach at least half of this height, that's 500m.
Here is a list of common hills in HK for your reference.
E.g.
Accept: (Almost) Peak of The Peak 2, GC5CFJ1 at Victoria Peak
Not accept: Lion Rock, GC195NY at Lion Rock
