Na místě dnešní pošty na Železniční ul. se nacházela pošta již před druhou světovou válkou, což dokazuje také dobový obrázek z roku 1915. Tehdy se rozkládala na celé ploše podél vlakového nádraží, také jinak na místě dnešní skladů. Ve stavu, v jakém je dnes, se budova pošty nachází od doby, kdy byla vystavěna jako provizorní po bombardování vlakového nádraží 17. 4. 1945.
Keška získala místo díky někomu chytrému - konečně došlo k propojení ulic Šumavské (u budovy soudu) a ulice Železniční (Slovany). Není tedy třeba přicházet k budově nádraží zepředu. Nový podchod je v době tvorby kešky krásný, bez čmáranic vandalů, tak doufáme, že takhle taky zůstane.
Keška je mrňous umístěný u vchodu do podchodu (u schodů). Je na vás při odlovu vidět z ulice, takže opatrně.
A není tam díky velikosti tužka, takže prosíme svojí.

On the place of todays post office on Železniční (Railway) street was post before the World War 2, which is shown on the picture from 1915. It was then along the main train station and even where are now the warehouse buildings. In this condition is the building since reconstruction after bombarding of the main train station on 17. 4. 1945.
Geocache got its place because of someone smart - finally, there is a new connection of the streets Šumavská (there is the building of court) and Železniční (Slovany district). Therefore it is not needed to access the main railway station building from the front. New underpass was in the time of placing the geocache nice, without doodles of vandals, so we hope that it stays like that.
This geocache is tiny one, located next to the entrance to the underpass (near stairs). You might be sighted from the street, so please be careful.
