Castaway At Castle Rock Traditional Geocache

Having had an epic experience getting across to, and to the top of, Castle Rock it seemed a shame that there was no cache in place here. Mrs. O. managed to find enough raw materials in her magic bag of tricks to place one.

This location is remote but easily accessible by boat - even as confirmed landlubbers, we managed it on only a two hour boat hire and for 20 minutes of that we were unexpectedly stranded on a sand dune.

Castle Rock offers tremendous views up and down the Murchison River at its widest. However you choose to get across to it, you should have a real adventure and the terrain/difficulty reflect that.

You are looking for a small sistema container which initially contains a geocoin TB plus our path tag as a FTF prize. Please cover the container well when you replace it and make sure the lid is shut tightly to prolong the life of the logbook.
