Geocache Description:

Although, this cache is within 5 miles of a town and 30 meters of a road, it requires some caution. The road to it is narrow and winding and the cache itself is up a steep and slippery slope. Please be careful.

7x7 inch bluish plastic container, partially covered by loose rocks. Starting "treasures": Dragon Ball Z Magnet: Frieza Extreme. Coleman Ice. Emergency Poncho. Fake Philly Flash Roll. Tic Tacs.

See logs below for what happened to original items.

In the winter of 1822-3, a cache of furs was placed in what is now Cache County, Utah, by the first white men ever to come to northern Utah. The Rocky Mountain Fur Company, this group of 100 men included many -- Andrew Henry, Jedediah Smith, Jim Bridger, David E. Jackson, William and Milton Sublette -- who have left their names written throughout the West. That's how Cache County got its name.

After 178 years and after 55 caches had been placed elsewhere in Utah, Cache County got another first: this geocache.
