In December 2011, the Lackawaxen Township Supervisors purchased this 138-acre tract to enhance their municipal lands and offer passive recreation opportunities. As you explore this property during their hours of operation, you'll notice many stone walls throughout that were historically used in agriculture. Near the GZ, you will see an overgrown Christmas Tree Farm.....a memory of what once existed on this land.
