Voici une cache rendant hommage à une ancienne cache de Diki38, qui se situait de l’autre côté de la rivière. Cache de Diki38, toi qui t’appelais « la bourbre #2 » et qui disparus en avril ou mai 2013, où que tu sois allée, cette nouvelle cache te rend hommage.
Cette cache est située dans la commune de Chavanoz, entre les quartiers de Belmont, Moulin-Villette, la Plaine et les Cinq Chemins. Elle se trouve juste au-dessus de la rivière « la Bourbre ».
Les origines de ce nom sont variables : il pourrait venir du latin « Charuzius » (abréviation de Charus Rivus, signifiant rivière chère, agréable), ou alors du latin « Carusius » (du pré-celtique kar et du suffixe –ucius, signifiant respectivement « gros gravier dans le lit des rivières » et « glouton »).
Cette rivière prend sa source dans la commune de Burcin, puis se jette 72,2 km plus loin dans le fleuve « Rhône » dans la commune de Chavanoz où vous vous situez (voir la cache « confluent Bourbre-Rhône »).
