Geocache Description:

VT

Everyone knows that Vermont is famous for its natural beauty, and this area along Route 73 is no exception. The 26 "VT" caches will allow you to explore some of the prettiest country back roads in the Rochester area while gathering plenty of smilies along the way. The views from the hill roads overlooking the Route 73 corridor are quite beautiful.

There is not a lot of hiking necessary to find the caches as most are along the side of the various roadways. A few require a short walk up a logging road or a road which may be closed in the winter. Hints for some are supplied as to make this an enjoyable experience, with as few DNF's as possible. All of the caches in this series utilize the same container...a micro slightly smaller than a film canister, usually hanging, but not always. There is one exception, "VT" - V9 has a different container.
