Kangasniemen kotiseutumuseo sijaitsee kivisessä, vuonna 1913 valmistuneessa viljamakasiinissa Kangasniemen keskustassa. Museon perusti jo vuonna 1954 Kangasniemen Museo- ja historiayhdistys, nykyiseltä nimeltään Kangasniemen Kotiseutuyhdistys ry, joka myös huolehtii sen avoinnapidosta.
Kotiseutumuseo on avoinna kesä-heinäkuussa ti-su klo 12-15.
Kangasniemen nollapiste sijaitsee n. 40m:n päässä, joten kätkö nimettiin uudelleen kätköilijänimimerkki Neuvoton login perusteella 22.12.2014. Syksyllä 2018 alkoi museon kattoremontti, jonka ajaksi kätkö laitettiin hyllylle.
The local history museum of Kangasniemi is situated in a stone build crop warehouse, which was built in 1913 on a very central position in the municipal centre of Kangasniemi. The museum was started in 1954 by the local museum and history association and they still run the operation, even though the association is now under a different name. The museum is open in June and July every day, except mondays, between noon and 3 P.M.
The 0 km-point of Kangasniemi is only about 40m from the cache, so after reading the log of Neuvoton I decided to rename this cache to follow the naming tradition of 0-km caches on 22.12.2014. In late 2018 the cacahe was temporarily disabled because of the museum roof renovation work.
