This cache will take you on a hike to the top of Arthur's Rock. Arthur's Rock is a 3.4 mile out and back trail located near Bellvue, Colorado and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash. It is important that you start the Wherigo cartridge before you leave the trailhead.

If you are in search of a relatively short and moderate hike with spectacular views, Arthur's Rock Trail at Lory State Park is a must. Just outside of Fort Collins and bordering Horsetooth Reservoir, Lory State Park offers a variety of trails for mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking, and even climbing.
After entering the park, drive south to the very end of the main gravel road. Here you will find a parking lot and the beginning of Arthur's Rock Trail. This is a hiking geocache. The parking spot is provided. You simply have to start the cartridge at the trailhead and make it to the top to unlock the coordinates for the final.
