I remember when I started caching many years ago, that finding the cache was but part of the experience. I relished writing detailed notes within those early caches, taking the time to describe the journey and experiences in finding the cache. This cache hopes to bring this creativity back.
To claim the find please add another part to the story, in the form of a sentence, a paragraph or even just a couple of lines. Please make sure that you write your section so that it can be continued by the next geocacher. The last person to sign the log gets to finish the story and then a new story will begin.
If you do not wish to experience this cache as intended and add to the story there is a small notebook for names and dates. Please ensure that this is used and not the storybook if you are not adding to the story. This will ensure that the story is easy to read for those following behind.
When signing the story log please include your geocaching name and date in the margin. The owner will endeavour to keep an online copy of the story updated with new logs.
The cache is hidden in a nice spot beside Lake Burley Griffin which should help to get the creative juices flowing and the nearby tree should make a nice little seat to sit and write.
