It was spring. It was sunny. Everything had just started to bloom and the grass was greener than ever. On that particular day a bunch of dogs decided to do something wild and crazy. Was it something in the air? Had a new cat moved into the village? Had someone put something funny in the water? Or was it just the fact that it was Saturday? The funniest day of the week, right? Anyway, these five dogs all ran away from their homes to meet at this specific point. Daisy, with a pink barret on her head, came first. Five minutes later came Jack the dalmatian and flowerpower Molly followed by the grey little furball Max. Bella came last, she accidentally mistook the bucket with white paint for a large bowl of milk and didn't have the time to wash her ears before she left earlier that day. Now that they all were gathered they came up with a lot of ideas of what they were going to do, and it was Max's idea that got the most votes. Hide and seek! While Max closed his eyes and counted to hundred the other dogs ran in different directions. When he reached sixty something he got mixed up by a thought of a bone he had digged down somewhere the day before and had to start all over again. Molly ran down the hill, through a tunnel, on through the forest and came out behind the school. She walked a bit along the way and hid in a windmill. Bella ran straight into the forest and found a giant kettle to hide in. Daisy ran in the north direction and came to a road that she followed until she almost reached the shoreline. She went into the forest and found a spring with fresh water where she took a few sips and then hid under a big stone. Jack ran in the opposite direction and came out on a meteorite crater where he found a bird-watching tower to hide in.
Time went by and they all waited for Max to come and find them, but where was he...? ...Max first went to the forest and searched for his lost bone but found only some bunch of lost mosquitos. After some few hours running round he yawned and got really tired. Max began to head towards home but was led aside by some cat that was black and white, then he started to freeze and crawled in underneath highest rock he could find.
