Cette cache est située à proximité d'une place dans le village de Chazey-sur-Ain. On peut trouver dans la commune un château (appelé le Château de Chazey), classé monument historique. En dehors du village, il y a le lac de Chazey situé vers le nord, ainsi qu'un grand centre d'entrainement hippique très connu dans la région et localisé au sud de la commune.
Depuis la cache, on peut profiter d'un joli point de vue avec en premier plan la rivière d'Ain, ainsi qu'en second plan le relief de la Côtière marquant la limite avec le plateau de La Dombes avec notamment sur ce petit relief les communes de Meximieux et de Pérouges.

This cache is located next to a square in the village of Chazey-sur-Ain. You can found in this town a castle (called the Castle of Chazey), listed historical monument. Outside of the village, there is the Lake of Chazey in the north, and a great center of horse training well-known in the area and located in the south of the town.
From the cache, you can enjoy a nice view with in the foreground the river called "Ain", then in the background the relief of the "Côtière" marking the boundary with the plateau of the "Dombes" with in this small relief the town of Meximieux and Pérouges.
