Japanese Spirit, Western technique is a phrase coined by a great philosopher of Matsushiro. Matsushiro is a very historical city. It has many museums and monuments from several different Japanese eras. You can explore the town and visit many places from different times. However, the cache is placed in a place special to one historical figure of Matsushiro.

和魂洋才は松代出身の歴史人物が作ったフレーズです。松代は大変歴史があり、各時代の記念碑や多くの博物館があります。松代を歩くと様々な時代を想像出来るでしょう。キャッシュは、松代出身の歴史人物に関係する場所にあります。誰の事でしょう？
