Short geomeeting in Franeker‘s Stadspark

1 000 mm under the water

On Tuesday 4th of February at 6 pm

We have been travelling to Franeker on our business trips since 2009. We already found a lot of caches in Franeker and surroundings. Once, we had an idea to meet the owners of all this caches and local Geocaching community. Because we haven’t enough free time due to long duration of our meetings, we decided to make just a short meeting/event on a place which we haven´t visit before – Stadspark.

Why one meter under the water? We are living in Highlands in Czech Republic, where the average altitude is about 500 m above sea level. But lot of Franeker’s geocaches report to us altitude one meter below sea level...
