Gill & Tony: Many thanks to LachAnna for letting me know about the state of the area surrounding the cache. What used to be a trail is now a stretch of mown grass and folk are using it as a dump. KFC wrappers, old blankets and other rubbish strewn around the place.
This is no longer a spot to which I want to invite people, so I am archiving the cache.
I'll CITO the rubbish some time, but I doubt it will make any long-term difference.
