A 10km (6mile) walk around the twin turbines at Hamerton. The turbines can be seen for almost the entire walk (weather permitting)
The walk itself is predominantly on footpaths, bridleways and by-ways which can get a little muddy at times. There is some road walking on quiet country lanes.
The hides are mostly 'smalls' and are hidden to be found. Along the route you can also pick up a couple of Paul's "Winwick Wander" caches, a Dozen Dashes cache, a church micro, "A cache by the Zoo" and "A Bridge Too Far".
The loop can also be combined seamlessly with the "Winwick Wander" and/or "Another Gidding Gander" (which also gels with "Gidding and Back"!!)
As there have been some problems this cache has moved. In fact it's a whole new cache. But you do need to visit the original location to get some information for the final location...

One number punched out on the top row of numbers. This is J.
One number punched out on the middle row of numbers. This is I.
Punched out letters on bottom row. If a=1, b=2, c=3 etc then we have M,N,P & Q
A=K * 2
B=Number of vertical struts on the gate to the left (including ends).
C=P-(M + N)
D=P * 2
E=L + A
F=Number of green boxes at the base of the turbine.
