This is a easy find at the NM State Forestry Office in Rio Rancho - also known as the Bernalillo District (guess where we used to be located). Our fire numonic is N6S. Anyway just a bit about NM State Forestry compared to the USFS. State Forestry serves private lands when it comes to forestry practices and is responsible for Non Municipal non Federal and non Tribal lands with regards to wildland fire. (With wildland fire however all agencies work together on these). This office coveres 8 counties in the central western portion of the state so we go all the way to the Arizona state line from here. The 8 Counties are: Sandoval, Bernalillo, Santa Fe, Valencia, Los Alamos, Cibola, Mckinley and Torrance.
In the cache we will keep it stocked with promotional items such as smokey Bear stuff. I know there will be someone here within a minute of this getting published so I placed one of our challenge coins for the FTF. (this is not a Geo Coin).
