Dados Históricos: Edifício construído no séc. XVII no povoado da Guia. Destaca-se o retábulo com a imagem da Padroeira, datada do século XVIII. De destacar é ainda o retábulo da Capela-Mor, as imagens de Santo António e do Cristo Crucificado, datadas do século XVII, as imagens de Nossa Senhora do Rosário e de Nossa Senhora das Dores, ambas do século XVIII e os belíssimos painéis de azulejos.

Historical Data: Built in the century XVII in the village of Guia. Noteworthy is the altar with the image of the Patron Saint, dating from the eighteenth century. Of note also is the Altarpiece of the Main Chapel, the images of Saint Anthony and the Christ Crucified, dating from the seventeenth century, the images of Our Lady of the Rosary and Our Lady of Sorrows, both the eighteenth century and the beautiful tile panels.
Events: Palm Sunday, Easter Sunday, the Most Holy Body and Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ; Nossa Senhora da Guia and St. Louis (last Sunday of August), Feast of Our Lady of the Visitation (First Sunday of October).
