[SK]: Tato keska nema za ciel dat Vam dlhy pribeh o historii tohto miesta na rozhrani Noveho Mesta a Karlina (aj ked urcite odporucam trochu si pogooglit a nechat sa prekvapit). Mala by hlavne dat moznost Vam vyplnit volny cas cakania na autobus a pripadne posluzit ako taky maly TB hotel, ked chcete poslat svoje poklady na cestu po CR. Je proste skoda, aby nemalo vlastnu krabku :)
To minimum co ale potrebujete vediet je, ze nadrazie je zlozene z dvoch casti – horni a dolni, pricom Negrelliho viadukt ich rozdeluje na dvoje.
Nech vsetkym dlho sluzi, tak davajte pri odlove pozor! Je ulozena len par metrov od vychodu zo stanice metra a je na vas vidiet z par laviciek, parkoviska a hlavne prechadzajucich aut a busov. Je to mensia cierna krabicka... Vracajte tak aby nebolo nic vidiet - ved to poznate.
A ak ste tu na viac ako zastavke autobusu tak odporucam urcite Muzeum Hlavniho mesta Prahy (s nadhernym papierovym modelom Prahy z 1830), pozriet sa blizsie na Negrelliho viadukt, prejdite sa na ostrov Stvanice (zial uz bez hokejoveho stadiona), pozrite si ako sa stary Karlin zmenil na office center, ci vybehnite na vrch Vitkov (nadherny vyhlad)... Proste, aj ked sa to nezda, v okoli je vela co vidiet.
[EN]: This cache does not intend to give You a long history of this place (but do google it for a while to find out a lot of interestig trivia), but rather the simple pleasure of catching/caching a medium sized treasure chest while waiting for a bus and maybe send Your TB for a trip in the CR and abroad. It would simply be a shame for it not to have its own cache :)
The minimum you have to know about the station is that its divided into the upper and lower part by the Negrelli viaduct (1111m long stone bridge, the longest in Europe from 1849 till 1910).
May it serve long and happily – so be very careful while hunting! Its hidden only few meters away from the exit from subway station and you could be spotted from passerbyes, people exiting subway and passing cars. Its a 200ml box, so I hope you find it fast. Put it back so that nothing can be seen - but You surely know that.
If You have a little more time go ahead and visit the Museum of Prague (with an excellent paper model of Prague made in 1830s), 2nd oldest bridge in Prague called Negreli Viaduct, walk to the island Stvanice, check out how old Karlin has changed into an office center or run up the hill Vitkov with its beautiful view... Basically, it might not seem like that, but there is plenty to see.
