Victoria Park is a five-hectare park opened in 1871. It is a beautiful park, full of flowers, shrubs and trees. There is a conservatory used as a seating area for inclement weather and a small glasshouse feature with alpine plants during the summer months. In the centre of the park is a fountain made of 14 different granites, presented to the people by the granite polishers and master builders of Aberdeen, summer bedding and a garden for the disabled.
