If you want a longer Rez adventure, come and check out the view from the crest of the Pipeline Road. The best view is right at the access gate.
The cache is hanging in a spruce tree on the right hand bank as you walk up from the Rez. It can probably be spotted from the road if you look up - it is a large camo'd plastic container with a twist off cover.
If you don't feel like climbing the bank to grab the cache, no need. The bank is actually a ridge that runs alongside the road. If you continue through the access gate until you see ATV tracks heading toward the gravel pit (about 150m), then look back toward the pipeline road, you will see an ATV trail that runs right behind the ridge. Walk back to the cache - it is at eye level from this side.
A tip for any other geo-runners out there - running the trail around the Rez, out the Pipeline road to Eldersley Avenue, and then down to Loch Lomond Road and back to the parking lot makes a nice loop. Just don't forget to turn around and appreciate the view!
